Inspect Before Purchasing – Please carefully inspect all merchandise before purchasing. Once purchased, an item becomes the buyer's responsibility.

No Holds – Merchandise cannot be held unless approved by management and paid for in full.

Sold Items – All sold items should be removed by the purchaser before the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.

Large Item Removal – Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their purchases. Please bring adequate help and equipment. Staff is unable to assist with heavy lifting.

Breakage & Damage – Customers are responsible for items they damage through negligence or mishandling.

Lost or Stolen Items – Drake Estate Sales is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

Parking – Please park legally and courteously. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or neighboring properties.
