***Hurry Hurry step right up. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a ginormous colossal stupendous collection of Antiques and collectibles from the family of two famous circus performers and a world-renowned ice skater performer.

**We are following very strict CDC Guidelines.
1. masks must be worn at all times. no bandanas, masks
2. only 15 people are allowed inside the home at one time and must distance from each other at all times.
3. if you feel unwell or present any COVID symptoms please do not attend.

There is too much good stuff to mention.
** All valuables have been removed from the Estate and will return the day of the sale. **Please do not disturb our clients prior to the sale as there are no pre buying opportunities.
All items need to be picked up on the day of the sale and again, we will be practicing Social Distancing.
-We look forward to seeing you at our in person sale.
-Please feel free to make offers and negotiate with us.

Due to Covid-19 we are taking precautions for your safety and well-being.
-Face masks are required to come in! I repeat, you must be wearing a mask at all times while on site.
-We will be practicing social distancing of 6 ft between customers.
(This includes outside the home in line please).
We will have runners to secure your wanted items so you can continue to shop.
(Staging areas will be located next to check out)
-We will be providing gloves, but you are not required to wear them
-You will need to bring your own help for moving big items *though again,  we do have someone on site that can assist in bringing items into the staging area while you shop

We accept credit cards at this sale for purchases of $100.00 and over, however, please note cell service is spotty in this area.
