1. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
2. Payment & Pricing
We accept cash, credit/debit cards (apple pay only), Venmo, and Zelle (fees may apply for card transactions).
Sales tax may be added unless a valid resale certificate is provided.
Prices are non-negotiable on Day 1. Discounts may apply on subsequent days.
3. Entry & Shopping Policies
Entry is first-come, first-served. A sign-up sheet or numbered tickets may be used.
We reserve the right to limit entry to prevent overcrowding.
No large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses are allowed.
4. Holds & Large Item Purchases
Items can only be held for 30 minutes while you continue shopping.
Large items must be paid in full before removal.
5. Pickup & Removal of Items
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their purchased items. Staff cannot assist.
All purchases must be picked up by [specified deadline]. Unclaimed items will be resold.
6. Liability & Property Damage
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages while attending the sale.
Please be mindful of the property and other shoppers.
7. Security & Conduct
Security cameras may be in use. Shoplifting will be prosecuted.
Disruptive behavior, arguing, or rude conduct will result in removal from the premises.
8. Special Conditions
Certain high-value items may have a separate bidding process.
Any disputes regarding purchases will be resolved at our sole discretion.
