Woodland Hills Hilltop Treasures

This property is a shared driveway situation and we want to ensure this estate sale is enjoyable to our customers while still respecting the needs of the next-door neighbors.   We ask that you park on Wells Drive and walk up the driveway to the house.  On-property parking is reserved for item pick up and handicap only with proper decals/placards.

This sprawling property is packed with decades of treasures, including a standout mix of Disneyana, retro TV memorabilia, action hero collectibles, and vintage children’s toys—think toy trains, pedal cars, wagons, and more.

Music lovers will enjoy digging through a solid vinyl collection, with a focus on popular 1970s/80s rock and new wave titles. There's also a wide range of decorative home furnishings, including a monumental 8-panel Chinese Coromandel screen, stacks of ready-to-sew New Zealand wool tapestry accent pillow cover material from Goblys, MCM wire frame patio furniture, and stylish vintage decor throughout the house.

We’re also seeing multiple tool sets, gardening equipment, and garage gear—plus more rooms still to explore.

We've unearthed a massive amount of "bagged and boarded" lithographs and illustrated book plates.  This is an excellent opportunity for collectors and dealers alike to expand their art collection and inventory.  We also found 20 handsomely framed plates from the 1930s erotica book "Flowers of Evil", illustrated by Beresford Egan. If that doesn't float your boat, we have several large paintings suitable for your living room or boudoir from listed artists Luigi Lucioni, Paul Sample, David Silverberg, Robert Wilson and Lili Lakich.  

The vinyl record and CD collection continue to grow and ready for you to dig into. Multiple popular genres present from 1960s to 1980s as well as a like-new turntable with USB capabilities for digitizing your tunes.

Lots more collectibles, dishware, and home decor coming out of the woodwork as we unbox, unclutter and reorganize this family home.  Check out the new pictures and start making your wantlist!

We’ve set up the art room with stacks of lithographs and book plates—perfect for collectors and resellers to stock up. I’ve lost count of how many Albrecht Dürer 1515 “The Rhinoceros” woodcut prints we have. In the Living Room, you’ll find two large framed watercolors by Sissi Janku: one a bold close-up of a sailboat tearing through the ocean, the other a serene spray of tropical flowers that seem to glow in the morning light of the Hawaiian islands. Beyond art, treasures abound—home décor, costume jewelry, perfume bottles, and even a DVD collection spanning the early 1980s through late 2010s, with a few Star Trek series on VHS thrown in for good measure. There’s too much to list, so your best bet is to check the latest photo uploads and plan which rooms to explore first.

***************** August 21 UPDATE *****************

We're ready to go! This is going to be an eclectic collection of home decor, toys, vinyl records, art and miscellaneous "useful things" you could never live without.  The Pfaff Sewing machine is back into the mix, so now is the time to pick up some tapestry fabric from our backroom and git pillow makin'.  We've also pitched a tent awning in the backyard behind the pool to keep you from baking in that Woodland Hills sun (just think of it as an extremely warm hug) while you peruse the racks of handyman tools, electrical wire, car stuff and Christmas lights.  If you arrive before 8AM, please stay at the bottom of the hill and sign up on the provided clipboard. Around 8am we will open the gate at the top of the driveway and everyone can walk single file to the property's parking lot and line up until we open at 9am.  Do not attempt to drive up the driveway unless you have permission and don't try any funny stuff like removing the little cones I put out for the nice neighbors to the right of the driveway. It's going to be a hot one tomorrow, so stay hydrated and dress comfortably!
