Graystone Auctions has 25 years of experience and has sold over 1300 properties. Selling the property by auction is an efficient, transparent, time-saving way to have the buyer and seller come to a fair market value for the property.

This is an estate sale. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, approximately 610 square foot condominium with many amenities (see photos below) and will sell to the highest bidder on September 21, 2019 at 10:AM. This auction will take place onsite, and online bidding will be offered for those interested or needing to be offsite during the bidding.  

Our online bidding tab will be available Tuesday September 17 so interested buyers can start submitting bids. Preview will start on Saturday September 14 - 20 from 12:PM - 2PM. The bidding will stop at the conclusion of the live auction.

There will be a 10% Buyers' Premium added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price.

Should you be the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction, you have successfully purchased the real estate and a legally binding contract will have been formed. 

A 10% non refundable deposit of the final bid price will be due day of sale and will be paid to Old Republic Title if you are the winning bidder.  

A personal check is fine for the 10% deposit if you are onsite and a bank wire is required if you are bidding online.

Buyer will get free and clear title from seller at close of escrow.  

All financing needs to be pre-arranged prior to the auction.

All buyers/bidders' inspections must be conducted prior to the auction. The INSPECTIONS & REPORTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. All inspections and reports are conducted by an independent third party. Graystone Auctions gives no warranty or guarantees as to the accuracy of reports or disclosures. 

We advise that bidders/buyers conduct their own due diligence and home inspections.

There are no contingencies. All sales are final. The air conditioning issue mentioned on our home inspection report is being replaced and/or repaired.

All Bidders must read and complete a bid packet to participate in the auction. All terms and conditions will be in the bid packet.
