Please bring help to load larger items. Buyer shall be responsible for the safe and proper removal of any goods purchased.
Proper third party furniture moving company with insurance is required to move furniture from second floor.
Doors will be closed at 4:00 p.m. sharp.
We will only allow maximum of 6 people in the house.
Covid 19 is strictly enforced. Everyone must have a face mask prior to entering the house.
Buyers and Their Associates hold Seller harmless against any all claims and actions arising out of the participation of the indemnitee in the activity, including, without limitation, expenses, judgement fines.
Seller is not responsible for any Accidents in the house or premises.
All items must be removed on the day of purchase.
Seller only accepts Cash. No credit cards or checks.
