Estate Sale - Woodland Hills

We have a really nice wonderful sale for you this time.

This is a true probate sale and everything must be sold. This is a wonderful family who lost both parents and now the house must be emptied. Items in this property range from late 1800's up to the 20th century. There is very eclectic collection from Chinese to English to French and then some.

There is no gold jewelry but the mother owned a company called Fantastique Jewelry Co in Los Angeles and sold jewelry to the Broadway, Bullocks and other fine department stores. So there is some really interesting costume type jewelry in the house along with more of the normal costume jewelry.

Fine furniture, Lladro, Herend, Silverplate items, Persian Rugs, Chinese Rugs, antiques, Collectibles, Clock, fine pedestal, cement patio figurines. There is even one cement statue (the standing lady) that came from the estate of Agnes Moorehead.

We have a Sascha Brastoff piece, rare pencil signed Louis Icart's and other art. Electronic Arcade game street fighters and a full size pool table with nicely carved legs.

This will be a fun sale with some really nice high quality items.

This will be our usual 2 day sale, Saturday and Sunday no no early previews, no early pre-sales.

NOTES FOR THIS SALE: The art (oil paintings) are tied up in Probate right now. I did photograph them but we are not sure if the court will release them to us or not prior to the sale. We will update as we go. The Icarts are clear and will be sold.

UPDATE 5-27-13:

We have found Waterford, Baccarat and some depression glass. We do have ladies clothing.

2 jade trees, african figurines (some are as is), there are some pieces of misc. sterling silver, treadmill (need a new on/off switch), leather furniture, dept store clothing mirror - 3 sided, massage table (not fold up). Kitchen pots and pans and we are still finding things.

SALE UPDATE 6-4-13:

We have gotten the release to sell the art except for three pieces which will be marked not for sale. The remainder will be priced and will be sold.

Additions to the sale are a beautiful Rosewood Mother of Pearl china cabinet, chinese brass table with wood base, a few pieces of patio furniture, cast iron toys, more dishes, beautiful new kitchen knives, a beautiful canopy bed with carved columns, a vaio computer with monitor.

OF MOST IMPORTANCE: BRING YOUR OWN MOVERS IF YOU PLAN TO PURCHASE FURNITURE. WE WILL NO MOVE THE FURNITURE FOR YOU!

WE WILL SCHEDULE A MOVING DAY FOR YOUR OUTSIDE MOVERS TO PICK UP BUT WE WILL NOT MOVE FURNITURE FOR YOU.
