Bring boxes and extra Help to Load Large Items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, please inspect all items before you purchase. EVERYTHING SOLD AS IS. No selling before sale nor will prices be given out.
Sales tax will be charged.
If you are caught stealing, hiding items or switching tags you will be prosecuted, banned from future sales and your photo will be circulated to all other estate sale companies. We reserve the right to inspect your bags.

Hello Friends!! This is our second sale in 2020! I hope your New Year is off to a good start. Again we appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you all at this great sale. If you know of people in the Woodland/Davis/Sac area please forward this to them.
This sale is this Thursday, Friday and Sat 9-4

We will have sign in sheet at front door at 7am.
Rain or shine sale. Bring a box or bag for shopping and maybe an umbrella.
Cash or credit for any $50 or over transaction.
All bags and boxes will be inspected at checkout.
