CASH ONLY -- Swing by the ATM on your way over!

We have now implemented cameras and extra security during the sales, know that when you enter you will be on camera. (we apologize to our fantastic customers, but a few bad apples have made us make this change.)

No SMOKING in/on the premises of this residence.

No large bags or backpacks.

No strollers, baskets, wagons or push carts.

We do not quote prices before or during the sale by text, phone nor email - items are tagged and priced at the sale location.​

No pets, animals, dogs, etc. – do not bring animals into the home and please do not let them out to relieve themselves on the grounds.

All children must be kept with the parent at all times.

All items are sold "as is" no returns or refunds. All sales are final - due to the nature of estate sales, we cannot/will not accept returns.

Be sure you have brought bags and boxes plus your own help to load items purchased. We do not provide help loading items.

We do not deliver items.

All items need to be picked up an hour before the sale is over that day or before the end of the scheduled sale.

We are not responsible for any accidents during the sale, enter at your own risk and be careful of your surroundings.

Be RESPECTFUL of the home and its contents, this is not a free for all. This is/was and will be someone’s home. If you see something that needs attention, please let a staff member know.

ALL VALUABLES ARE REMOVED FROM THE HOME NIGHTLY!!! ​
