Big D's Estate Sale

(We want to provide a positive and safe environment for everyone attending.
Therefore, the following rules have to be mentioned and enforced.)
No drinks, food, or pets allowed on the property due to trash and safety.
No preview, No pre-sale.
No one admitted in past 2:45.
Last sale must be completed by 3:00 pm.
Home has steps in front and back, therefore it is not Handicap accessible and tight access inside.
You enter at your own risk!
Estate Services By Big D, and Estate Bargains By Big D, is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on, or near the sale premise.
All sales are final with no returns or exchanges.
You break it, you buy it!
All items sold in As-Is condition without warranty.
We will only hold items upon full payment, up to one hour after closing sale.
Deposits not accepted.
First-come, First-served.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone, and will remove unruly customers.
Strollers not allowed and you will be asked to leave if children are left unattended.
You must remove your own items, including furniture, without causing damage to home and property. Please don't ask my staff or other customers. If you can't remove it, refunds/exchanges do not apply as in all sales are final.
We don't provide tools to disassemble any items.
Delivery is available for a charge of $25.00+$2.00 per mile. You must load it and unload. This is curbside delivery.
We will provide bags and wrapping paper for you to use. You may bring boxes, however no personal bags, back-packs, or large purses.
Checks are not accepted.

Appropriate California sales tax for the County will be included in prices marked.
