Sales Tax
We collect California state sales tax. We will accept valid resale if you provide us with, 1) a physical copy of your valid California Seller's Permit (it will be verified), and 2) a completed and signed Resale Certificate. No exceptions.
No Early Entry
Sales begin at the advertised time. No exceptions.
Hold Items Policy
All items held for pick up must be paid in advance, and arrangements must be made at the time of purchase.
Liability Waiver
Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
No Large Bags or Backpacks
Please leave large bags in your vehicle. Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Respect Property & Neighbors
Please avoid touching items marked “Do Not Touch” and stay within the designated areas. If you are found entering restricted areas, you will be asked to leave the sale and you will not be allowed to return.
Do not block driveways or move the neighbor's trash cans. You must park legally, and the local police will enforce parking regulations.
Removal of Items
Buyers are responsible for the timely removal of purchased items. Bring assistance for large/heavy items, as we cannot provide assistance for these items.
First-Come, First-Served
Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children Must Be Supervised
For their safety, children must remain with the parent or guardian at all times. And remember, if you (or your child) break it, you buy it.

Sunday is our last day for this Yorba Linda estate sale, and EVERYTHING IS 50% OFF!! The weather forecast is looking good for the hours of tomorrow's sale (8am to 1pm), so stop by and see us for another fun-filled day with a wide variety of items and great deals!
This is a gated community (Legacy at Bryant Ranch). The guest gate code for this event is #2396.
From the 91 east, exit at Gypsum Canyon Rd and travel north. Continue straight at La Palma and enter the gated community with "Legacy" on the gate. If you are traveling east on La Palma, stay to the left where the road divides (just past Via Lomas de Yorba East), and then turn left at the Gypsum Canyon light.
