All sales are final, please inspect all items before you purchase, everything is sold "as is" no returns and no refunds.
If you are caught stealing, hiding items, or switching tags, you will be prosecuted and banned from further sales and your photo will be circulated to all other Estate sale companies. We reserve the right to refuse service.
