•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.
•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.
•Please bring your own boxes and help to move any large items you purchase. We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

Please join us for a downsizing estate sale that has many nice and affordable home furnishings. In the house you will find oak office furniture, clocks, baseball collectibles, books, cd's, rocking chair, entertainment center, microwave, area rugs, book cases bunk bed frames, Cal king bed frames and home décor, room divider, Cal King and end tables. A Christmas tree, ornaments, Legos, blocks, children’s books, games.The garage has a tool chest, hand tools, ladders, bike and bike rack. For the yard you will find a lawn mower, blowers, assorted yard tool, patio table, hose with stand, and garden pots. We do need to get this house completely emptied. We will be posting additional information, pictures and a video.
You can shop from the comfort of your home so be sure to check our auctions online. Some of these treasures will be listed online prior to the sale. If those items do not sell, they will be included in the sale. Click on the link below for these auctions.
The door opens promptly on Friday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). Sign up on the paper posted. You will enter in the order you signed up. Come early for best selection. Come back again for ½ off most items on Friday at 11:00.
