•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.

•Please bring your own boxes, muscle, help and truck to move any large items you purchase.

This downsizing estate sale is located in a cute yuba city home. The treasures from her home are very clean and smoke free. She loves decorating and he loves collecting and tools. This house has a roll top desk, claw foot table, gun cabinet, wood pantry, end tables, antique dresser, Henri Peters, Native American limited-edition prints, locking Homak gun storage cabinet, Homak ammo cabinet and so much more!

You can shop from the comfort of your home. We will be selling major appliances and some of these treasures ahead of time in an online auction. The door opens promptly on Saturday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). You will enter in order of signup. Come early for the best selection. Come back again for ½ off most items at 11 and fill a bag on selected items. Parking is limited so please be respectful and do not block neighbor’s driveways.
