•We accept CASH and all sales are final and sold AS IS so please check items carefully. Prices are not quoted before the sale.

•Limited entry to the property, sign up on the sign in sheet. You will enter in order of signup. Check back for additional information. We thank you for your patience.

•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.

•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.

•Please bring your own boxes, muscle, help and truck to move any large items you purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

This client loves Victorian, vintage, frilly and the color of gold. They have living room, family room, dining, and office, and bedroom furniture. From the kitchen there are small appliances, hot cold water dispenser, housewares, MCM Stanley buffet/hutch, kitchen aid mixer, and a table for four. The living room has a beautiful extra-large French Rococo style lover’s wall mirror, Dixie table with six chairs and china cabinet, ivory Henredon brocade couch, parlor chairs, chow leg coffee table, marble top rosewood side, and coffee tables. She has a nice selection of wall art, glassware, vintage costume jewelry and other collectibles. In the back and front yard you will find a garden bench, statuary, lawnmower, potted plants, and yard tools. Some of these treasures, plus their large appliances, will be listed online and in online auctions prior to the sale. The online auction ends Tuesday Jan.18, 2022. If those items do not sell, they will be included in the sale.

The door opens promptly on Friday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). If you plan to come at 8:00 sign up on the paper on the trash can. You will enter in the order of the sign up. Come early for the best selection and come back again for ½ off most items at 11:00. We will be having fill a bag on some items after noon. We look forward to seeing you at the sale.
