•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.

•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.

•Please bring your own boxes, muscle, help and truck to move any large items you purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

This is a pop-up estate sale. We toured the home today and Tuesday will start setting up. We will do our best to get ready for Saturday’s sale. All items are smoke and pet free from this estate sale.

   This double wide mobile home is filled with over 50 years of collectibles from three generations.   Loads of glassware, crystal, and furniture, in gently used condition. There is living room furniture, vintage Bedford's Vallejo bedroom furniture, office furniture and exercise equipment. There is a large china cabinet, barley twist accent table with brass claw foot legs with glass balls, dining room table w/chairs and Franciscan Desert Rose pattern dishes. You will find an assortment of home décor, Hall pottery, canning jars, doll high chairs, paintings, snow globes, crocks, and much, much more! We will be updating the website by Wednesday so please click on the link below for additional pictures, video and information.
     Some of the major appliances maybe listed online on our Facebook page prior to the sale. If they do not sell they will be at the estate sale.
     This house has several steps. "PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP - Any Injury On Or Damage to Premises is Your Liability".

The door opens promptly on Saturday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). If you plan to arrive at 8 am please sign up on the paper posted on the trash can. You will enter in the order you signed up. Come early for best selection. Come back again for the best deal. Everything in this home must go! I will send you an email in a couple of days with more information, pictures an the address.
