* Please be respectful to fellow shoppers, our staff, and the property in which the sale is being held as we will refuse service.

* CASH is our preferred payment method. We do take card, $25 minimum purchase required. No personal checks will be accepted.

* All items are to be removed by the buyer. They must be picked up by the end of the sale. Please bring all your own boxes, bags, and packing material as we do not provide any.

* All items are sold “AS-IS”

* Please use caution at all times as we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

* Valuables and jewelry are removed before and after the sale. The only time they are on sight is during the sale. Our sales do have CAMERAS.

* No Public Restrooms

* The family does have the right to remove an item prior to the sale. We apologize if an item has been posted and is no longer available.
