•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.
•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.

Estate sale update… We just wanted to inform you that the owner of the sale has decided to keep several items. These items include: patio table, barbecue, and some of the art. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. The owner has added a large locking display case/curio cabinet with sliding door, golf clubs, pet cages, several lladros, Karma Ultra-light weight wheelchair (the Porsche of wheelchairs and great for travel) and several items not advertised before. They have also added CUTCO knives and a black Chanel ladies leather purse. Some of The knives and Chanel ladies purse will be sold at a silent auction from 8 to 10am.
