•We accept CASH and all sales are final and sold AS IS so please check items carefully. Prices are not quoted before the sale.

•Limited entry to the property, sign up on the sign in sheet. You will enter in order of signup. Check back for additional information. We thank you for your patience.
•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.
•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.
•Please bring your own boxes, muscle, help and truck to move any large items you purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

Some of these treasures, plus the large appliances, will be listed online and in online auctions
prior to the sale. The online auction ends April 19, 2022. from 5 to 7 pm. If those items do not sell, they will be included in the sale. See the link below for the auction.
The door opens promptly on Friday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). If you plan to arrive at 8 am please sign up on the paper posted on the trashcan. You will enter in the order you signed up. Come early for best selection. Come back again for the best deal. Everything in this home must go! We look forward to seeing you at the sale.
