Cash only, No Checks. Must bring help to load large items. No large bags will be allowed in this sale. There is no sign up sheet, first come is first served. Please do not call and ask for pricing, there are simply too many items to price them out over the phone. If you purchase large items, they must be removed by the end of the sale THAT day. All sales are final, we offer no guarantees, exchanges, or refunds. Everything will be sold "As Is".

This is a slight understatement, the house has not be been updated since late 1960s to early 70s as far as decor and other household items.  The owners are well into their 90s.  Savers of everything.  We will be adding pictures and we unearth additional treasures, so please check again and again.
