2. All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released.
3. No small children or animals are allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous.
4. Washrooms are not available for use.
5. By departing from the site, you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site please discuss any issues with the Seller/Representative.
6. There is no packing materials and are not allowed to carry or load your purchased items.
7. Please have adequate supplies and help to safely remove your purchases.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

Another incredible online estate auction brought to you by Googie Down. We are back in Aurora near Overland High School for our next full house estate auction. Family has lived in the estate for 60 years and it is full! Most notable are the sports collectibles NIB that have been boxed in storage for three decades. There's excellent Stanley and Ward mid-century furniture, an amazing MCM hanging oil light that works, C. Jere style art, antiques, antique Singer featherweight sewing machine, records, vintage salt and pepper, vintage jewelry, holiday and lots of other collectibles.
There are 174 lots and all lot bids start at $1.00! Auction and other details below:
- Auction starts Monday, March 6 @ 5 pm and ends Thursday, March 16 @ 8 pm (extended bidding may apply for certain lots).
- Auction pick-up in on Saturday, March 18, from 11 am to 4 pm only. No other pick-up dates or times are available. Don't bid if you can't accommodate the pick-up schedule.
