PARKING WILL BE A CHALLENGE . This is a cul-de-sac and the driveways are pretty much one next to the other. PLEASE be mindful of someone’s driveway.

We will be having a 3 day sale with the last day being our discounted day.

We don't have a sign up sheet, we do give numbers out starting 7:30 and you must be present to receive one. Hold your place box/bag will not count when it comes time to start the sale without you physically having a number.

This lovely home is located in a cul-de-sac so again parking is going to be an issue and we ask for you to take precaution so as not to park in someone's driveway.

There are steps and always unseen hazards, please make sure you take your time and be careful. We are not responsible for any injuries.

There will be no sign up list but you will need one of my numbers. More pictures and descriptions will follow. Please continue to look daily for the new pictures.

You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items we will not be able to help you.
Please bring your own bags or boxes. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any large or heavy items ,if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own help.

We test all the Appliances, Electrics, Stereo Equipment, Garden and Power Tools. Anything that requires electricity we test prior to selling.

Again, I accept Credit Cards,Cash and Venmo but no checks .

My homeowner is moving back to be closer to her roots and her family. She has lived in this home for many years, raised her children and now it's time for her.

The one thing she asked of us as a company is to find people who will cherish and care for her treasures that she has carried with her for decades. Some her grandmother's, some her mother's and some she acquired on her own. Each one of her pieces have been lovingly cared for and are in magnificent condition.
