ON-LINE ONLY Storage Auctions: Terms and Conditions: This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION The minimum bid for all auctions is $5.00 dollars per unit. Storage Auctions posted on-line are exclusive to our web site - you will not have an opportunity to bid in person. Registering to bid for storage auctions is free.

A valid credit card number must be provided in order to register and bid for this auction. All storage auctions are subject to cancellation without notice, and individual units may be withdrawn at any time prior to the close of bidding. This is usually a result of the renter redeeming their delinquent bill.

BY PLACING A BID YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE AUCTIONS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. You are bidding on the entire contents of each unit. The entire contents of the unit will be sold as one lot, and the winning bidder must take everything out of the unit, leaving it broom-swept so that it can be immediately re-rented. You may not use the dumpster on site.There are no guarantees or warranties on anything in the unit, so BUYER BEWARE. Once the auction ends an email notification will be sent out to the winning bidder with the auction location and contact information.

You MUST contact the facility by phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to schedule payment and pick-up. If you fail to contact the facility to make arrangements, we will process your credit card for your full purchase price and sales taxes, and an additional $25 processing fee. When the auction ends, the buyer is charged a 10% buyer's premium. This is charged automatically to your credit card on file. In addition to the premium, you will then be required to pay the facility in cash for the amount of your winning bid on each unit. You will be charged state sales tax unless you provide a copy of your resale exemption certificate to the facility at the time of payment. Payment must be made directly to the facility, based on their agreement with you.

By placing a bid, you are entering into a binding contract. Once you receive the email notification that you won the bid, please contact the storage facility directly to make arrangements for payment and pick-up. Please be aware of any possible additional charges including cleaning deposits and/or sales tax. Cleaning deposits are usually $100 per facility, and MUST be paid in cash at time of pick-up. You will usually have 96 hours from the time the auctions ends to clean out the unit. This is standard unless you have made other arrangements with the facility after the auction has ended.

NOTICES: A 10% percent buyer's premium is applied to all winning bids. This premium ONLY will be billed to your credit card immediately upon being declared the winning bidder. Failure to contact the storage facility within 24 hours will result in your credit card being charged for your winning bid price, plus sales tax. Failure to pay the facility by the time agreed between you and them, will result in your credit card being charged your full bid amount, plus sales tax, PLUS a $25 processing fee.
