Please park along 2nd Street just west of the storage condos. Overflow parking can park along Bunyan Avenue or along the storage condos as long as the garages are not being blocked. There are businesses within the garages! Staff members will be there to help direct traffic when parking. Be courteous to the surrounding neighbors and leave enough space for others to park and exit.
Numbers will be handed out according to whomever arrives first. Staff should be there by 8:30 to set up and pass out numbers. Rules of the sale will be given at 8:55 AM and the gate will be opened. Entrance and exit will be through the front entrance. Please line up outside of the unit.
We have priced the items in our sales appropriately to sell. Please be courteous and know we have put in the time and research to find the best price for the items. We will sell all items on the first day by tag price and 50% off on the second day. Bids will be accepted on the first day above the next day's discount price. If you put in the highest bid and the item does not sell that day, we will call you that same evening. The item is yours if paid by 11 AM the next morning. Bidders who do not follow through with payment and pickup will not have the opportunity to bid again in the future.
