By entering the premises of any Double Luck Auction Estate Sale, you agree to our Sale Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the Sale Terms & Conditions, then do not enter the premises.
By entering the premise of any Prestige Estate Services sanctioned event you agree to our Sale Terms & Conditions. Failure to agree to the terms and conditions, we require that you not enter the premise. By entering the premise you agree to the posted Terms & Conditions.

Cash, Credit Cards and Venmo are accepted. There will be a 3.5% Buyers Fee added to all Credit Card/Debit Card and Venmo sales.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL…NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR REFUNDS. All items sold “as is and with no guarantees or warranties." It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.

Seller(s) and Double Luck Auctions/Double Luck Designs are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home at the sale site. You enter the property, home and structures at your own risk.

Please bring help to load large items. We do not deliver and there is no shipping available as this is an in-person estate sale. You are responsible for moving, loading and disassembling (bring your own tools) your purchased item(s).

There will be a limit to the number of shoppers allowed in the home/garage.

Doors will open at the published time, not before. However, you will be allowed to line-up at the door/garage 1 hour prior to the sale.

We do prosecute shoplifters and have security on site. By entering our sale, you consent to be videotaped and photographed, as the premises has security cameras. Valuables are removed from the site during off-hours.
Activity on sale sites during off-hours will be considered trespassing.

We try to have boxes and packing materials available, but please bring your own if you're an enthusiastic shopper!
We do not allow large handbags inside the home or garage. We provide boxes and a “Holding Area” for your shopping convenience.
If you break or damage an item(s) you are fully responsible for the cost of the item(s).

All food and beverage items must be consumed outside before entering.
No Animals allowed in homes except registered service animals.

Attendees are expected to treat others respectfully while in line and at the sale site.
Attendees who do not conduct themselves appropriately may be banned from future sales.

Sales tax will be charged. ~ TAX EXEMPT BUYERS/DEALERS~ You will be required to show a valid, in-state sales tax certificate and provide an email address as well for receipt. No other documentation will be accepted. Thank you for cooperation.

All purchased items need to be removed by the last day of the sale before 3:00pm. (If you do not remove your purchased item(s) by the last day before 3:00pm, you forfeit your money as well as the item(s), no exceptions.

Personal pre-views will not be allowed for this sale. We do not quote prices over the phone or via email.

Prices are NOT negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts MAY occur over the course of the sale, AFTER the first day.
