Changing price tags is considered shop lifting please just don't do it!
All items MUST BE REMOVED BY SALES END...If you do not pick up your items they may be donated and no refund will be issued ;(
All valuables removed nightly.
Entrance will be through the front door, first in line - first in the door. No Sign in sheet here ;)
All Sales are final and sold "as is, where is" without warranty expressed or implied. No promise of condition is made by the seller or by us as agents of the seller !! Once an item has been paid for there will be no refunds distributed full or partial. If the item has been taken off the property and or removed there will be no refunds given for damage caused or otherwise.
Every effort is made to represent the sale accurately in the photos . However, occasionally and unfortunately family member remove items prior to the sale. So, no guarantee of availability of advertised or photographed items. We try to update photos on a daily basis and will add notes to items removed when possible.
Prices are FIRM first day of sale.
Bids left will be considered at sales end please feel free to leave one.
A holding area is provided for your convenience. Use at your own risk as we DO NOT monitor.
