This sale is being held by Caring Transitions of Northeast Denver. Please plan on packing and loading your own purchases as we do not have enough team members to load for every buyer. All sales are final. We accept Cash, CC, Debit Cards, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, (just about everything except a check). Reasonable offers will be entertained, especially for people buying bulk purchases. Most items will be prices, some items will be "make offer". Our goal is to have an empty house after two days of selling but we still need to make money for our client.
This is a Million Dollar home in the East Brighton area. It is a beautiful home with a couple of acres of land, in a word, this home is "classy" and so is the decor we're selling. The home was never smoked in and there have never been any pets. Everything was meticulously maintained and kept in an orderly fashion upstairs and the basement was a large storage area with hobbies and storage. There are two online auctions going on at this address, the auctions will end Friday evening but the majority of the estate will be sold through the in-person sale. Here's just an idea of what you'll see:
Vintage Holiday (especially Christmas decor): Japan lights, Mazda lights, wreaths, ornaments, tree stands (10+), light strings of every shape and size including many vintage light strands from the 1950s. This was their hobby, they have so much that any vintage Christmas collector will spend the whole day in the basement admiring this collection.
Art, some prints, a few original oils on canvas.
Tools: There are some power tools, yard tools, hand tools, etc. Compressor, wheel grinder, riding mower, kerosene space heater, etc.
Crystal glassware, brass ornaments, brass lamps.
Extensive kitchenware
Clothes, every closet is full and there are some stylish and modern pieces in each closet.
Spare and Winter Tires. There are a few sets, and they were always switched out with the seasons (plus our client doesn't drive anymore so they're in good shape).
The main floor has several pieces of furniture on sale in our auction, these may still be available during our in-home sale but check them out now at NEDenver.CTBids.com. Several pieces are Heywood Wakefield mid-century modern birch. Heywood Wakefield has been featured on Antiques Roadshow and How Money Works magazine. There's also a Brunswick Super Deluxe billiards table, and a ping pong table.
They also loved vintage desk and floor fans. I've never seen so many 1930---1970s era fans but they're here.
Lastly, there is an extensive collection of vintage stereo equipment. Most of these items will be sold via our auction at NEDenver.CTBids.com with bidding ending Friday 4/19 at 6 pm. But there will be more stereo equipment available in person Sat and Sun including lots of vinyl records to choose from.
