All sales are cash only and are final. Most items for sale are of a used nature and no warranty is expressed or implied on any item for sale.
Each item for sale is offered "as is, where is". It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items prior to purchase, and the purchase of an item constitutes buyer's acceptance of the condition of the item at the purchased price. No moving, loading, or delivery assistance will be provided.
Buyer assumes all liability for property after the purchase is made even if removal of item is delayed. Items are to be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are agreed upon between both buyer and seller.
Shopper/buyer agrees for and on behalf of the shopper/buyer, shopper's/buyer's heirs, successors, and assigns that the shopper/buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless the sellers, seller's heirs, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, demand, or cause of action arising or alleged to have arisen out of the exhibition or the sale or removal of any item or goods including claims for personal or bodily injury, death, or contract damages. Persons attending during the exhibition, sale, or removal of items or goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person or property and specifically release and indemnify the sellers, seller's heirs, successors, and assigns from liability therefore. Shoppers/buyers are solely responsible for any damage they cause.
The last day of the sale is HALF PRICE DAY. Most items available on the last day will be 1/2 off the marked price.
