Stickley Dining Room Table and the Derby Roll Top Desk for pre sale. The prices are listed in these items and the price includes sales tax.

Prices for other items will not be released prior to the sale.

Customers are expected to lift their own purchases. Lifting help will not be provided. Please bring all necessary tools and equipment for moving.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. No warranties expressed or implied. We have done our best to point out damage. However minor damage not documented is not grounds for a refund. If you are bringing dollies to move furniture, please ensure the wheels are clean and do not leave marks on the floor. The customer will be responsible to any damage done to the home when moving furniture out.
