By bidding in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. All Items Sold "As-Is" All property is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind regarding the physical condition, age, authenticity, or value of the items. We provide high-resolution photos and descriptions to the best of our ability; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the items before bidding.
2. Strict Pickup Deadline & No Storage Local pickup is strictly limited to Friday, January 16th, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
No Special Accommodations: Due to the nature of this estate sale, we are unable to provide alternative pickup dates or times after the auction concludes.
No Storage Available: We do not have the facilities to store items beyond the designated pickup window.
3. Abandonment Policy Any items not picked up by 4:00 PM on Friday, January 16th, will be considered abandoned.
Ownership of abandoned items reverts to the auction house/seller.
No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned items.
The bidder may be responsible for any disposal fees incurred for large furniture items left behind.
4. Shipping & Handling
Small Items: In-house shipping and LiveAuctioneers shipping are available for smaller decor and Fiestaware.
Furniture: All large furniture (including IKEA pieces) is Local Pickup Only. If you require shipping for furniture, you must coordinate your own third-party freight service to arrive during the designated pickup window.
Liability: We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or via third-party loaders.
5. Buyer’s Responsibility for Removal Winning bidders are responsible for the safe removal and loading of their items. Please bring your own:
Packing materials (bubble wrap, paper, and boxes) for Fiestaware and glass.
Tools for furniture disassembly (if required).
Sufficient labor/help to lift and carry heavy furniture; auction staff will not be available to assist with heavy lifting.
