SALE TERMS

• All items are sold as-is and where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Please inspect and test items before purchasing.

• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or chargebacks.

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards and Venmo. No personal checks. Applicable sales tax will be collected unless valid resale/tax-exempt documentation is presented.

• Prices are set by Soul Sisters Estate Sales. Any discounts will be announced during the sale. Please do not remove, alter or switch price tags.

• We generally do not disclose prices or sell advertised merchandise before the sale unless specifically stated otherwise.

• Entry may be limited when necessary for a safe and comfortable shopping experience. Holding a place in line does not guarantee the availability of any particular item.

• Please keep track of the items you select. An item is not considered sold until payment has been received.

• Please respect all areas marked Private, Staff Only or Not for Sale.

• Children must remain with an adult. Pets are not permitted inside except trained service animals.

• Large bags, backpacks and oversized purses may be restricted.

• Please bring your own muscle! Buyers are responsible for moving, disassembling and loading their purchases. Soul Sisters staff cannot move or load furniture or other heavy items. Please bring the appropriate help, tools, packing materials and vehicle.

• Purchased items must be removed by the stated deadline unless other arrangements have been approved by Soul Sisters.

• Soul Sisters Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for damage to vehicles or merchandise during removal, loading or transportation. Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the home or property while removing purchases.

• Please park courteously and follow posted signs. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, sidewalks, fire hydrants or neighboring properties.

• Please use care while walking through the property and be mindful of steps, stairs, rugs, uneven surfaces and other normal household conditions. Let a team member know if you notice anything that may be unsafe.

• Theft, concealment, tag switching, property damage or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Soul Sisters reserves the right to refuse entry or service when necessary.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, remove an item from the sale or decline a transaction when there is a pricing, ownership, safety or legal concern.

• Photos, descriptions, measurements, materials and maker information are provided in good faith but may not always be exact. Please verify anything important to your purchasing decision.

• Items pictured or advertised may be sold, moved or withdrawn before you arrive. We cannot guarantee that an advertised item will still be available.

• Announcements made by the Soul Sisters team during the sale take precedence over previously published information.
