All items MUST BE REMOVED BY SALES END...If you do not pick up your items they may be donated and no refund will be issued ;(

Entrance will be through the front door, first in line - first in the door. No Sign in sheet here ;)

Once an item has been paid for there will be no refunds distributed full or partial. If the item has been taken off the property and or removed there will be no refunds given for damage caused or otherwise.
