Note: Everyone is expected to respect the owners home and treat it as they would their own grandparents home. Also, there are no restrooms available during our sale, so please plan accordingly.
1. We accept CASH or Credit Cards ONLY! (no checks).
2. All sales are final…no returns and no refunds.
3. First come – first served. No numbers will be handed out.
4. Due to insurance requirements, no loading or moving assistance will be provided. Bidders must be prepared with tools, equipment, dolly and other required items to disconnect and remove purchases. So, please make sure you bring help.
5. All items purchased must be taken off the premise by the end of the day they are purchased and cannot be kept until the end of the sale.
6. Enter at your own risk.
7. No phone calls are accepted during the sale.
8. No guns, knifes, bow/arrow, or any other hunting or military gear will be included in the sale.
9. Please abide by the signs that provide direction inside the home (e.g. "do not enter", "watch step", "use handrail", etc.). These are meant to keep you safe.
10. Purchasers with Tax Exempt status must present a copy of their Tax Exempt License to Evergreen Estate Sales.
11. Camera's are located throughout the home to ensure everyone behaves accordingly. Smile!

An excellent inventory and something for everyone including fine China, art and glass wear, kitchen pots pans and cook ware, nice furniture (living room, dinning set, bedroom set, etc.) collectable dolls, and glasses, Broncos gear, hunting gear, office furniture, digital TV's, and a garage stuffed with hand tools, power tools, snowblower, power sprayer, and 40V battery driven lawn mower. Tons of nice clothes, linens and bedspreads and clean and colorful pieces of jewelry. There is also deck furniture, yard figurines, and a Traeger Ironwood grill.
