Buyer's Premium: A 23% buyer's premium applies to all purchases. A 3% discount on the buyer's premium will be applied to purchases paid in full with cash, reducing the buyer's premium to 20%.

Payment: Full payment is required before items are released. Applicable sales tax will be collected unless valid exemption documentation is provided.

All Sales Final: All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Condition & Authenticity: Items may show signs of age, wear, or previous use. Descriptions and photographs are provided to assist bidders, but buyers are responsible for reviewing all available information and determining condition, authenticity, and suitability before bidding. Designer names and markings are described to the best of our knowledge.

Pickup: All purchases must be collected during designated pickup times. Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup and providing assistance with packing or loading as needed. Items not collected within the designated period may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture.

Bidding: All bids are binding. The seller and auction house reserve the right to bid. Sunset Auction House reserves the right to withdraw items, correct listing errors, or resolve bidding disputes at its discretion.
