AUCTION DATES: November 6–18, 2026

PICKUP: November 22 & 23, 2026 — Castle Rock, Colorado

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 23% buyer's premium applies to all purchases, reduced to 20% when paying cash. Applicable sales tax is additional. Payment in full is required before pickup.

SECURE PICKUP: All items are stored offsite. Pickup is by appointment only, with private pickup arrangements required for fine art, jewelry, and other high-value items. Pickup locations will be provided to winning bidders. Buyers must collect purchases on the designated dates and provide their own packing and transportation.

ALL SALES FINAL: Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, refunds, returns, or exchanges, to the extent permitted by law. Items may show wear, damage, repairs, or restoration. Please carefully review all photographs and descriptions before bidding.

ART & JEWELRY: Artist attributions, signatures, provenance, gemstone identifications, metal content, and other details are based on available information and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Gemstone weights and measurements may be approximate. Buyers are responsible for evaluating authenticity, condition, and value.

SHIPPING: We do not offer in house shipping. You may appoint a 3rd party to pick up and ship on your behalf and your own expense and risk. Any exceptions to pickup arrangements must be approved in writing.
