Here's the facts: 50 year estate, 3 generations dating from the 1940's represented, 7,000 sq. ft. house and 20 rooms. It's a big, we mean really BIG ESTATE SALE! Every surface, space, box, cabinet, piece of furniture, garage, basement and patios are packed, packed, packed! Every decade is represented starting from the 1940's to current. This one sale will make your entire year! Mark your calendars and save the dates! Plan on spending at least one hour at the house shopping - there's so many rooms you'll need to make a couple rounds to see everything. If you miss this sale, you just might not ever recover!!

Important: Parking

Looking forward to seeing you at our sale, but please take note of the HOA parking requirements. Thank you in advance.

• There will be no street parking. All parking will be on 2.5 grassy acres of estate property.

• Parking is free self parking with guidance of parking attendants. It is not valet parking, so you won't pay any fees or be required to tip anyone.
• Sale entrance and exit will be through the walkout basement near the parking. No sale entrance or exit from the front door or garage.

• Parking and line up will not start until 8 am each sale day. Please do not arrive prior to this time. 
• There will be parking attendants, from a hired parking company, directing traffic and parking.
• You could be towed if you park on the street putting us at risk for the sale being shut down by the HOA (please just don't do it).
• The driveway will be reserved for loading and special parking needs only.
• We will have ample staff to help you take items to your car (tips not required, but appreciated).

Important: Loading and Moving

There's a lot of amazing furniture at this sale, some large and heavy. If you plan on purchasing furniture, you will need to be prepared to move and load it. Neither Googie Down, or our staff, are able to help you with your large furniture moving or loading. We will make exceptions for pick-ups during the three day sale, so you can make proper arrangements.
