Ama's Estate Sale

I'm helping a family member with their estate / moving sale this weekend. We need these items sold, but we've done research into fair prices to include depreciation. The proceeds of these items will go toward more accessible-friendly furniture and renovations for the family member.

Sale Details:

Friday, February 27, 2026 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm (full price)

Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 7:00am - 5:00pm (25-50% off)

Scan the QR Code to navigate to the a Google spreadsheet for all item details, picture, price, and availability. We are updating this spreadsheet on the back end in real time, so you'll always know the current pricing and status.

The sale is in Centennial, Colorado near Arapahoe St and Holly St. We'll post the full address on the spreadsheet on Friday morning. So, open the spreadsheet in a tab on your phone and check back on Friday for the exact location!

Items to be sold:

Furniture - bedroom furniture, dining tables, sofas, chairs, desks

Household - lamps (table and floor), kitchen items, printer, computer monitor

Tools - sanders, router and bits, vice, hand-tools, carpentry tools

Yard - snow blower, leaf vacuum, chainsaw, hedge trimmers, ladder, propane grill

Sports - Raleigh road bike w/ repair station, skateboard ramp, horse-shoe set, pilates table

All items are sold on an "as is" basis and all sales are final. We will be accepting cash, Venmo, and PayPal. Please bring help and appropriate vehicle to move large items. Not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage to sold items!
