**PAYMENT**
Cash and Venmo ONLY. No credit cards, checks, or other payment methods. All purchases must be paid for in full before items are removed. Venmo payments must be confirmed by the sale organizers before merchandise leaves the property.
**ALL SALES FINAL — SOLD AS-IS**
All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Buyers are responsible for carefully inspecting items before purchasing. We cannot guarantee the age, authenticity, completeness, condition, functionality, or safety of any item. Electrical items, appliances, and equipment may not have been tested.
**ITEM CONDITION & CLEANING**
This home has been occupied by the same family for approximately 60 years and contains decades of accumulated belongings.
We have made a good-faith effort to sort, organize, and identify items, but we are private individuals organizing this sale, not professional appraisers or product inspectors. Despite our best efforts, items may have dust, dirt, odors, wear, missing parts, hidden damage, or other conditions that have not been identified.
Buyers should thoroughly clean and, where appropriate, sanitize purchases before use, especially toys, children's items, kitchenware, clothing, linens, and other textiles. Buyers are responsible for determining whether an item can be safely cleaned and used. Some items may not be suitable for reuse.
**BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REMOVAL**
You buy it, you move it!
Buyers must provide their own tools, moving equipment, packing materials, labor, and transportation for ALL purchases, including furniture, appliances, cabinetry, landscaping blocks, and other heavy or installed items.
Sale organizers will NOT disconnect, uninstall, dismantle, load, or transport purchases.
Removal of any attached or installed item must be specifically approved by the sale organizers before work begins. Buyers are responsible for safe removal, avoiding damage to the home or property, and using licensed professionals whenever required.
All purchased items must be removed by the deadline agreed upon with the sale organizers. Items may not be removed from areas that have not been expressly designated for sale.
**SAFETY & PROPERTY CONDITIONS**
Please watch your step and use caution throughout the property, including stairs, walkways, the garage, and outdoor areas. Some areas may contain uneven surfaces, heavy objects, or other hazards.
Children must be supervised at all times. Please do not climb on furniture, shelving, or stored items, and do not attempt to move large or heavy objects without appropriate assistance.
Visitors enter and shop at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the property owners and sale organizers disclaim responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property occurring during the sale or during removal of purchases.
Buyers are responsible for damage they cause to the home, landscaping, fixtures, or other property while handling or removing purchases.
**BREAKAGE & HANDLING**
Please handle merchandise carefully. Buyers may be held responsible for damage caused by negligent or improper handling. If something is accidentally broken, please notify a sale organizer immediately.
**AVAILABILITY & PRICING**
All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise indicated. Items shown in advertisements or photographs may sell before you arrive, may be withdrawn from the sale, or may not be available.
Descriptions, measurements, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors. Sale organizers reserve the right to correct errors, adjust prices, decline transactions, and determine which items are available for purchase.
**PARKING & COURTESY**
