All merchandise is sold "as is" and all sales are final. We attempt to describe merchandise in advertising but make no representations of authenticity. (We do a ton of research!)
Bring boxes and wrapping for any glassware, china, and crystal. There is a ton here at amazing prices every thing must go.
Buyers must remove merchandise prior to sale closing.
Please watch your step and be responsible, look for all the signs, and enter at your own risk. Please bring only children you can hold in your arms. This is to ensure the safety of those shopping and our items.
No reasonable offer refused after the first day. Unreasonable offers will be taken Sunday at 12pm. Everything must go so we are going to be negotiating all the way through. Every single thing must go. If you have a non-profit, please plan on being at the sale at 3p on Sunday with your non-profit number for donations.
Our Pricing: We price most collectables at 75-50% of retail value, common home goods at 80% or less retail, and most furniture at 65% or more retail. We will not accept half price offers first and second day. That said, make a big pile, get a big discount!
