We prefer cash, no checks! Credit cards for purchases over $50 will be accepted.
No sign up sheet. First in line, first in. You may leave a bag in line and stay in your car, but if you leave the sale address after placing your bag or box, you may lose your place in line.
Some heavy items offered, so be sure to Bring Help to Load Large or Heavy Items. Arrangements must be made for adequate help to remove large or heavy items from sale.
Due to liability issues, we are unable to help remove or load items. Seriously, bring your own muscles folks!
All Items must be removed from premises before the end of business on the last day of the sale.
Any items not picked up before this time will be forfeited. No refunds will be given in this case.
All items sold in "as is" condition, with no expressed warranties, returns or refunds. Please inspect your purchases before paying to avoid any problems, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Neither homeowners, nor TWWESS shall be held responsible for accidents occurring on the premises or while customer is loading.
A hold area will be provided, but we cannot keep watch over it for you. Any items left in hold area for more than one hour will be returned to sale areas. Please stay out of any areas not desinated for the sale.
All sales items will be outside this time. We will block off end of driveway for loading only.
For safety reasons, please KEEP YOUR CHILDREN WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES while on the premises and do not allow them to play with merchandise. Remember, you break it, you buy it. No exceptions.
No pets allowed into the sale. We have 3 dogs that will be in the house during the sale and we don't want them to get aggitated.
We reserve the right to remove any items before or during the sale.

Sorry, we will not be able to answer calls about availability of an item listed or pricing and we will be busy during the sale and most likely won't be able to answer our phone. If you are a customer and need to make arrangements to pick up merchandise, we can be reached at 720-440-4197 during the sale. You may call 303-798-1678 after the sale if you would like to speak to Chris or Jeanne about meeting with us to hold a sale for you.
