Pickup policies for buyers include the following:
Unless stated otherwise in the description, buyers must remove their entire lot(s) as leaving items behind may result in a suspension of bidding privileges.
Check the description and/or speak with the pickup team to clarify which item(s) you have purchased.
Inspect your items before you leave the pickup site and discuss issues (if any) with the onsite team/seller. By departing from the site (without bringing up any issues transparently while on-site) you agree that you have all your items and that you are satisfied with them.
Restrooms are not available for public use at pickup locations so plan accordingly.

Pickup Time: 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM MT as follows:
Category A Time: 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Category B Time: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Pickup Location: Centennial, CO, 80122 (Your paid invoice will include the full address).
1. Buyers MUST show a copy of your PAID INVOICE (either paper or on your phone).
2. All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released.
3. No small children or animals are allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous.
4. Washrooms are not available for use.
5. By departing from the site, you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site please discuss any issues with the Seller/Representative.
6. There is no packing materials and are not allowed to carry or load your purchased items.
7. Please have adequate supplies and help to safely remove your purchases.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

Pickup time windows are fixed and limited. You will be required to select a pickup window prior to the auction pickup. Please be sure to select a time slot that you are certain you will be able to attend.
Claims for refund can be made only in certain limited circumstances. When an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let our pickup lead know immediately so we may rectify it. Transparency is our aim in the sale of the "as is where is" used goods.
There is no shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
Current bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honor the bid and all the terms.
