Conditions of Sale

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. While every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each item, descriptions and images are provided for guidance only. The Auctioneer makes no representations regarding condition, authenticity, age, provenance, or value.

By registering and bidding, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to inspect items during any scheduled preview or have chosen to bid without inspection at your own risk. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

Registration & Bidding

A valid credit card is required to register to bid. Auctions are conducted through the AuctionFlex / HiBid platform, which is secure and PCI compliant. There is no fee to register.

All bids are final and may not be retracted. You are responsible for all bids placed under your bidder account. Maximum bids are executed automatically by the platform; you will only be charged the final winning bid amount, not your maximum bid.

Winning Bidders & Payment

Winning bidders will be notified following the close of the auction. Payment will be processed automatically using the card on file unless prior arrangements are made.

Payment includes:
• Hammer price
• Buyer’s premium (if applicable)
• Applicable sales tax

Payment is due within 24 hours of auction close.

Pickup

Items must be picked up during the posted pickup dates and times. Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate help, tools, and packing materials.
Items not picked up within the specified pickup window, and without prior written arrangement, will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of without refund.

Soft Close

This auction uses a soft close. If a bid is placed within the final minutes of an item’s scheduled closing time, bidding will extend automatically. The item will remain open until bidding activity stops.

Additions & Deletions

The Auctioneer reserves the right to add, remove, or withdraw items from the auction at any time prior to closing.

Disputes

All disputes must be raised prior to bidding. Preview opportunities are provided to satisfy condition-related questions. Any description corrections will be posted online. Once bidding has occurred, all sales are final.

Risk & Liability

Buyers assume full responsibility for purchased items immediately upon winning bid and purchase pickup. The Auctioneer and consignors are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once an item is sold.

By bidding, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneer and consignors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the auction or removal of purchased items.

Taxes

Sales tax will be charged based on the pickup location unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided prior to auction close. Buyers are responsible for any taxes applicable to their purchase.

Technology Disclaimer

The Auctioneer is not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, platform errors, or interruptions that may affect bidding. It is the bidder’s responsibility to monitor bids.

Shipping

Shipping may be available on select lots only and must be approved by the Auctioneer prior to bidding. Bidding on an item without prior shipping approval does not guarantee that shipping will be provided.

All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In-House Shipping

If approved, in-house shipping is limited to:
• USPS Flat Rate boxes
• $5-$10 handling fee per box, in addition to postage
• Items will be packed and shipped within up to three (3) weeks following auction pickup completion
• Shipping invoices will be handled via square and buyer will be responsible for transaction fees

Third-Party Shipping

If an item is needed sooner, or does not qualify for in-house shipping, the buyer may arrange shipping through a local third-party shipper at the buyer’s expense. The Auctioneer will transport items to the selected shipper as a courtesy.

Liability Disclaimer
By requesting and accepting shipping, the buyer agrees that the Auctioneer and its representatives are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or carrier-related issues once items leave the Auctioneer’s possession.
