This estate sale comes with a plot twist and a prime location — we’re smack dab in the center of downtown Colorado Springs, so you can shop, laugh, and still make it to brunch. Alright, buckle up — this  is where the fun begins, we’re selling almost everything… except the furniture. That’s right. No couches. No chairs. No “will this fit in my truck?” moments. What is here, though, is a small but mighty collection that absolutely packs a punch. The tool selection alone might make Bob Vila blush and quietly take notes — we’re talking serious gear for anyone who’s ever said, “I could build that myself.” If you’re into hand-crafting furniture, tinkering, fixing, or just owning tools that make your neighbors jealous, this is your moment.

Music lovers, don’t sleep in. There’s a guitar, a keyboard, and other musical goodies just sitting around hoping for their big encore. The kitchen is also singing a happy tune with dishes, glassware, and countertop appliances ready to upgrade your cooking game (or at least make your coffee feel fancier).

We’ve even thrown in a selection of men’s clothing that might just match your style — or inspire a whole new one.
