1. This sale is inside the gated community of Kissing Camels. You will need to call to make an appointment. Call 719 650-4504
2. Bring your own bags, boxes and packing material. We do not provide any.
3. You must move your own items and will be responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds.
4. Cash or credit card.
5. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
6. No strollers, animals, food or drink, or smoking permitted inside or outside the home.
7. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons inside the home.

Description & Details
This sale is located inside the Kissing Camels gated community. Therefore, entrance is only permitted if you make an appointment and get registered. Appointments will be made from 10:30 to 2:30 Friday and Saturday. Appointments will be every 15 minutes with a maximum of 10 people per appointment.
