5. No strollers, animals, food or drink, or smoking permitted inside or outside the home.
6. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons inside the home.
7. Please park responsibly and do not block drives, roadways, or mailboxes.
8. Please be advised that parking is extremely limited in this area and you may have to walk a few blocks.
