2. Bring your own bags, boxes and packing material. We do not provide any.
3. You must move your own items and will be responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds.
4. Cash or credit card.
5. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
6. No strollers, animals, food or drink, or smoking permitted inside or outside the home.
7. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons inside the home.
