1. We accept cash and credit cards (no checks). Credit cards must be for items over $20 or a 10% charge will be added.
2. All sales are final…no returns and no refunds.
3. First come – first served. No numbers will be handed out.
4. Due to insurance requirements, no loading or moving assistance will be provided. Bidders must be prepared with tools, equipment, dolly and other required items to disconnect and remove purchases. So, please make sure you bring help.
5. All items purchased must be taken off the premise by the end of the day and cannot be kept until the end of the sale.
6. Enter at your own risk.
7. No phone calls are accepted.
8. No guns are in the sale.
9. No restrooms are available at the sale.
