3. There will not be a sign-up sheet. Please mark your spot and be in line 10 minutes before doors open. Be respectful of the line and the markers.
4. You must move your own items and will be responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds.
5. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
6. No strollers, animals, food or drink, or smoking permitted inside or outside the home.
7. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons inside the home.
8. Please park responsibly and do not block drives, roadways, or mailboxes.

This is the Estate of Teddy the Cat. Teddy inherited the entire estate of his kind and loving owner. Totally deserving, because he is a really nice Cat! Teddy's owner was a collector of many fine items and the house is bursting with really great stuff! Keep in mind that Teddy is a Cat. He cannot deal with the hassle of an estate sale at his home. Therefore, we have moved the sale from Teddy's home to this house in the Old North End (Yes, the house is also for sale).
We had a sale at this house last month. Rest assured that Teddy has so much stuff that we were able to restock the house with completely new items for this sale. With the exception of a very few items, this is a new inventory of never before seen items. From the estate of a Cat. There are so many beautiful and fun items at this sale. This is a great Christmas shopping opportunity!
