Queen Ann Quilts Business Liquidation & Estate of Ann Seymour

Calling all quilters, craft enthusiasts and estate salers! The estate of Ann Seymour will be advertised as a two part sale; a business & personal estate liquidation. The sale starts on July 7th and runs through July 12th and we welcome all sale goers to attend at any date/time.

Queen Ann Quilts - Quilting inventory includes the Gammill Plus Classic 14' longarm quilting along with sewing machines & sergers, a Studio knitting machine, and an AccuQuilt Go fabric cutter. There are several quilt patterns and kits as well as many unfinished, gorgeous projects. The lap quilts are fun and there are a few hand made quilts. Brand name machines that are available include Symphony Baby Lock, Janome New Home, a Bernette 234 and a Husqvarna Viking. We have found two roller carriers for sewing machines and the quilting table is a must for enthusiasts too. We are pleased to offer a nice selection of fabric (remnants, bolts, pre-cut) in various measure. Some single pieces and some fabric is bulk priced. There is yarn and it doesn't stop there......batting, batting, and more batting in varying sizes (large, large roll!) along with cutting and measuring items. Expect to find items that compliment a well stocked quilting business.

Seymour Estate - As you make your way into the sale, notice the 2001 white Dodge Caravan that is for sale. The detached garage has a nice compliment of gardening and yard tools, many small cabinets and desks in varying conditions, ladders and a Frigidaire upright freezer (available pre-sale, $250). We love the Star Wars Mr. Potato Head and some vintage toys along with the well stocked doll house. The two bicycles need a bit of work before taking them out for a spin. In addition to the items within the garage, the home furnishings include a beautiful antique bedroom set (queen-dressing table, nightstands & bed frame), a Globe Wenicke lawyers bookcase (in excellent condition), a solid wood bench and butcher block, and a 3-pc wall unit plus many small furniture pieces. The 5-pc. oak dining table is in great condition and the oak bookcases are sturdy & nice. The 3 beds (queen, twin (mattress and frame) and twin bunk bed) are in good condition. There is some Pyrex and the kitchen contains a few MCM glassware pieces. Electronics include a vintage Packard Bell desk top computer, 2 flat screen and one console TV(s). Need Tupperware and plastic food storage items? We have them.....plus, find all plastic storage bins in varying sizes, on the back patio (yes, there's that many!).

Note about parking: There are No Parking signs posted in the Cragmor neighborhood to discourage parking on the street in front of the sale house. Parking is at your own risk and may result in receiving a ticket if you do park at the sale house. There is nearby parking available on adjacent streets. The house driveway is for loading/unloading of large items and customer drop off/pick up.
