2. We Do collect Sales Tax-be prepared to provide documentation if you are tax exempt,
3. All sales are final-there are no refunds or exchanges,
4. Sold items must be removed by the end of the advertised dates of the estate sale. If not removed, the items revert back to the seller with no refund,
5. Persons attending the estate sale assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property and release seller/seller's agent from liability thereof,
6. Security is on site and we do prosecute shoplifters,
7. Disrespectful/disruptive customers will be asked to leave,
8. We Do provide delivery of larger items for an additional fee,
9. Loading/disassembling & hauling of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer if not using delivery service,
10. All items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" at time of sale-know what you are buying before you buy,

The antiques, collectibles, and vintage items in this sale spark a time to reminisce.  Brave the walk up the steep driveway and "Hummel" along with us as we host this awesome sale!   Please park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up to the sale.  Do not block the drive's entrance as it is for loading and unloading ONLY.  Yes, there will be Hummels....and, H. Bossons Ltd., Anna Van Briggle, Willow Tree, Hawthorne Village (BERTA Hummel) Studio Hummels and more.  Most of these are new in their box.   This is a full inventory clean out so it all has to GO!    There are 5 sofas and the sizeable inventory of small side and accent tables are a pleasure to see!  The Vintage Chicago Cottage Pump Organ is very cool along with some unique items to fill your walls and shelves.  Check out the Wedgewood, A.Z. Nove, Fenton Carnival Glass, Uranium glass, some Jadeite (S& P Shakers), copper & brass pieces, and woven baskets of all sizes.  We love the pink mini pot belly stove, the pink porcelain lamp, and the Lawyer's Bookcase.  What a nice collection of clocks too!  A dynamic sale for sure as we continue to uncover nice pieces of vintage jewelry.  The Antique Wood Butcher Block is available now as Pre-Sale.
